We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy!
Return Requirements:
  • ✅ No visible signs of damage
  • ✅ All original packaging must be intact
  • ✅ Must be within 30 days of purchase
  • ✅ Proof of purchase (order number) required
Items that cannot be returned: Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

How to request a return or exchange:
  1. Email us at packnsit@gmail.com within 30 days
  2. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange
  3. We'll review your request and provide instructions
  4. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund (2-3 business days)
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, report it within 48 hours to packnsit@gmail.com with photos. We utilize tracking timestamps when reviewing damage claims.
When will my order arrive?
